Guest guest
Today I did a thrift store find; Minna Lessig's Optimizer Fat Eliminator with a 15 minute Blast the fat bonus at the end of the workout. This was a pretty good workout, lots of squats and lunges, and jumping. My heart rate really got up there, it was at about 150 in places. I didn't do all the jumping, a couple of the moves felt awkward to me, there was a arm circle move while jumping, I think it was that felt strange to me, but I caught on to it right when it was time to quit. She did a great move where you do a reverse lunge, then a hamstring curl back to the lunge then feet back together. I'm sure I'll feel that tomorrow! The 15 minute blast was at the end of the workout with it's own warm up so that it could be done on it's own. This section worked the arms, shoulders and back with biceps curls, lateral raises, rear delts, and rows. She used the same amount of weight for each exercise, I used 3 lbs and felt I could have gone heavier with the biceps curls and rows. I did Namaste's Revolved Triangle workout afterwards, this is a Hatha style yoga recorded in beautiful settings. I'm really enjoying the Namaste workouts and have my PVR set to record all of them. Feeling pretty good that I got in my workout today. Yippee, I'm back on track. Kerry
