Cathe also has Total Body Sculpting. I think you pretty got them all Donna. Of course not total body, but I love the pyramid workouts. lower and upper body pyramid are on one DVD and you can combine and make it a total body workout also.

Oh yeah - you will feel those biceps burn. I love that workout!

Hi ,

In addition to ME (Muscle Endurance) Cathe has for

full body:

Power Hour (similiar concept to Ripped, higher rep

workout)

Maximum Intensity Strength

Muscle Max

Supersets

Push Pull

Many find Supersets and Push Pull to be easier

workouts, but I like them b/c they are sequenced a bit

differently than Cathe's usual, plus they use a

stability ball.

I'm probably missing some......I can't recall if a

full body strength was released with her latest 'set "

of workouts. I bet would know!

And, I think either Basic Step & Body Fusion or Low

Impact step, or both ahve weight workouts on them.

Thanks a lot. Some of these look like tons

of fun. I put them on my wish list but for some reason my bf thinks Cathe is

girly – he wouldn’t if he ever tried her workouts, but I have to

get him to try one. I need more weight workouts though, so it is good for me

too lol Though my most wanted from Cathe is the Pyramid Upper and Lower Body. Maybe

in a few months lol
