The company is GEM Cultures, and I don't have a link but I think it is

www.gemcultures.com.

They sell viili -- you mix viili with kefir and get kefiili. It makes an

infinite number of batches ... just use the kefiili grains to make batch after

batch, and they grow. It's in the PDF in the files section.

The weather is cooling down now and I'm going to try shipping them again to my

test case ... if that works I'll be happy to send some, I have plenty of extras.
