Guest guest Posted September 14, 2005 Report Share Posted September 14, 2005 My hamstring muscles contine to pull the minute I start to exercise them. I've tried warming up and stretching, but it still happens. It's not as bad when I do the deadlifts, but it happens everytime with other exercises, especially hamstring curls. Other than hamstring curls and deadlifts, what else can I do? I knew my hams were out of shape but obviously much more than I realized.
