What is this voice I hear every morning that keeps me from eating clean and

working out?

Why do I go through these awful stages of all or nothing. I plan and plan...

buy all the

right foods. I have a gym membership. I have everything I need. More time than

you can

imagine ( no kids) and I literally talk myself out of it over and over again. I

use to do this

100% lost 45 pounds! Did great!!! Now I feel like a loser...
