Guest guest Posted November 26, 2006 Report Share Posted November 26, 2006 Today I did Kathy 's step aerobics on a 4 " step, but this time I did all three step sections plus the cool down. It felt good to work up a good sweat. Then I did Namaste yoga, I think this one was called Water light. It had a warrior series that was quite challenging.
