My trainer has told me that if you ever want to eat bad the best time to is right after a good hard weight workout as your body is on fire + will burn right through it...but I suggest just sticking to a BFL meal if you want to see + feel the best. > > I do my weight training at night & I'm wondering should I eat after > that?? & If so what should I eat. I ate my last meal at 9:30 pm after an aerobic session then was in bed by 10:45. I ate a cheese stick and an apple. I take 1 cup of cottage cheese! some cucumber! and put on a bit of Mrs. dash! If you don't eat anything from the BFFM book.. your body will attack your lean muscle!!!!!
