Weights at Night

I do my weight training at night & I'm wondering should I eat after

that?? & If so what should I eat. I wasn't sure because it says in the

BFL book to not eat 2 to 3 hrs before bedtime.

YES!!! You should eat within one hour of working out with weights.

My trainer has told me that if you ever want to eat bad the best time

to is right after a good hard weight workout as your body is on fire +

will burn right through it...but I suggest just sticking to a BFL meal

if you want to see + feel the best.

I don't remember the BFL book saying not to eat before bed or at least

not the original BFL book. I ate my last meal at 9:30 pm after an

aerobic session then was in bed by 10:45. I ate a cheese stick and an

apple.

I work out at night as well and read that cottage cheese is the best

6th meal!

I take 1 cup of cottage cheese!

some cucumber!

and put on a bit of Mrs. dash!

If you don't eat anything from the BFFM book.. your body will attack

your lean muscle!!!!! Then you worked out for nothing!!!!!
