I've been going by portions but would like to track how much I'm putting in to my body and seeing the calories deficit? 2. Anyone know how to figure out the calculation of how much protein you should be in taking.. that confuses me? I'm 5/5 158 pounds 35.3 BF 3 Oh and dose anyone know if you can take supplements while on the patch? I'm going to call the brand that makes them, but they tell you everything is ok. I take= Creatine CLA Vitamin I'm going to add flax seed oil starting today, once I figure out the supplement thing. Haven't taken any in 4 days' Wanted it out of my system! 4. how many cla's dose everyone take and how many times a day? See you at the top! K.
