Guest guest
Dear Jaen, Iron in water will be metallic, not organic, and not good for the body. It will precipitate out when ozone hits it. However, now the ozone is used up, and there is little left for you. So, you need to ozonate a lot longer if you have iron. When taking an ozone sauna, the body is galvanized into action, rapidly shifting into detox mode, and releasing stored toxins. As long as ozone is available to break down the toxins into less toxic forms, there is no problem, and they are sweated out. As soon as the ozone is used up, the toxins released after that point will be in circulation. The body doesn't want to store them again if it can avoid it, so it tries to keep pushing them out through the skin, unoxidized. This results in the common red rash, which is very itchy. Taking lots of protease floods the blood stream with this enzyme which breaks down proteins, and it chops up the long chain toxins into smaller pieces, which cause a lot less trouble as they are moved out. For some people, the itching will stop in 10 minutes. For others, the effect is less pronounced, perhaps because they are deficient in protease to begin with. At any rate, 80% of people with the rash get some measure of relief from the detox rash by taking protease. Usually, it works best if you take 2 before the ozone sauna, and then 2 more every hour after that for 6 - 10 hours. You can't overdose on protease, although some people find it upsets their stomach. Any excess will be stored by the body, as a valuable enzyme resource. Best of Health! (I used 1/4 my filtered well water and 3/4 distilled) and one more question why protease after an ozone sauna, what does it do ?? Guest guest
Hi. You mention how many caplets to take, but you don't mention how much protease is in each caplet. I phoned up my local health food store (Waterloo, Ontario), and asked about protease, and they don't sell it by itself, but only in a digestive caplet. How much protease is in the caplets that you recommending? Thanx, fred " Saul Pressman " <spressman@h...> wrote: > Taking lots of protease floods the blood stream with this enzyme > which breaks down proteins, and it chops up the long chain toxins > into smaller pieces, which cause a lot less trouble as they are > moved out. Guest guest
Dear Fred, Protease is most often packaged with other good enzymes and is not usually on its own. That is ok, though because all the enzymes are good. Take whatever you can get. There is no dosage per se, just get some into the system and keep the level high by taking it every hour or two. Guest guest
YOu can get protease as a single enzyme at www.rgarden.com -----Original Message----- Hi. I phoned up my local health food store (Waterloo, Ontario), and asked about protease, and they don't sell it by itself, but only in a digestive caplet. Guest guest
Protease taking by itself will cause muscle tetany after a while. Protease formulas are usually taken on an empty stomach for infections. If the formula doesn't have any calcium in it, add a little to prevent tetany. jp Re: Re: ozonated water, protease YOu can get protease as a single enzyme at www.rgarden.com -----Original Message----- Hi.
