If the guts a complete mess doesn't matter what you put in over time, if no active healing is going on you can spiral right down on the foods tolerated.

Many of the first people to try enzymes had got to that posotion, some with 4 foods or less tolerated..................

list, as the

information was picked up from there - those were I believe Dr Shaw's

words (or whoever runs Great Plains lab) passed on by Stan Kurtz, so he

might have more details.

Most of it is 10% rice and 90% water

though – but I suppose that small amount could still be significant?
