Guest guest
There is a new medication list in the HNF booklet that you might want to look at. If Vicristine is given to a cancer patient who has not been diagnosed with CMT, yes, that medication can bring out the CMT symptoms. In my own experience, while I was diagnosed as a kid, certain medications like Sulfa drugs have made my symptoms 'temporarily' worse. Yes, CMT is genetic, if we've got it, it is in our own unique genetic code, but some medications can cause a non-symtomatic person to show symptoms. You might also want to look at the medication list at http://HNF-cure.org ~ Gretchen
