Hello Jane,

She is in GF/CF diet for about 9 months now. I didn't see it helps

her sleep.

Is your son in soy free diet or not ?

I am just thinking whether soy can be an issue as well.

thanks,

Tetty

treatments already in place. We had a very sleepless little boy

until we withdrew gluten and cassein. Within weeks he was sleeping

through the night.

Tetty,

Aside from the fact that many of our kids have problems with soy,

there may be problems inherent to soy for the entire population.

Getting rid of the formula, particularly now that she's 2.5, might be

a wise decision.

The Weston A Price foundation has come out strongly against soy (at

least at the enormous levels many people now consume it) and with good

reason, IMO.

You may want to check here as a starting point:

http://www.westonaprice.org/soy/index.html

Best,

Anita

We get an easy 12 hours a night from , unclear if it's helping with his improvements but I would guess it must be.

I did read an article on sleep some time ago which said adults who were deprived of 2 hours sleep per night for a month showed huge reductions in mental ability and I know if I am deprived of sleep for even one night I have what can only be described as brain fog.

I help myself to most of Tom's supplements! May be skint but my

vitamin and mineral levels must be lovely. Not sure what the NCD is

doing - hoping for a 10 Years YOunger effect as all my toxins leave

the building (which would take a while, believe me)
