I wish you well, and hope you are presented with a satisfying conclusion. I would be interested to hear how you go with your new osteoporosis treatment. I was advised to go to a womens clinic and see a doctor who perscribes hormones quiet often. Then perhaps i might find one which suits. Guest guest Posted November 10, 2005 Report Share Posted November 10, 2005 It just amazes me how many ers are unsatisfied with their neurologist lack of understanding of CMT, its affects on the body, latest research etc.. This I have concluded from recent posts. Thus far I am very satisfied with my sons neurologist. Dr. Wong is from Cincinnati Childrens Hospital. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. She is involved in clinical studies for CMT, Duchennes Muscular Distrophy, and Spinal Muscle Atrophy. She is also a spokes person for the MDA. Many of her patient come from out of state to see her or to be involved in clinical trial under her. I feel very fortunate to have her involved in my sons care.
