Guest guest
you don't have to stop eating pork or any meat really.... marinading it first is the better option....any meat can be marinated then cooked .. never over cooked and the closest to raw is the best.... when marinated..... it's ok... kills the bacteria that could cause us harm...besides it predigests it for bodily use... processed food is damaging to the weakened system.. kombucha drinkers have an advantage there also.... normally the body doesn't rid itself of things like nitrates.... kombucha gives us an edge there also... think of fruit's the same way...... the ferments really should be eaten with every meal.... to aid digestion... by predigesting and absorbing the unfriendlies... our bodies only recognize the broken down components...... our body doesn't recognize whether we paid 50 cents or $5 for that pound of anything.... for this reason store bought is the same as organic.... organic tastes better and is better there is no doubt.....especially for someone with a compromised system... can't take all the extras....... the healthy kombucha drinker is totally a different animal... we can eat, drink, or smoke just about anything and still live longer, happier and disease free unlike that of the non partaker of kombucha... truely tests would have to be done to proove my theories..... however... i have nothing to proove to anyone.... i just keep drinking and knowing what i know....doing what i do.... believe it or not..... soda is a great addition to kombucha... anyway you can get it into people..... is a good addition... my favorite is kombine... that's kombucha with wine...... y0ou can add kombucha to booze.... great to slip to your favorite alki.... for it will lessen their need for the alcohol and relieve the hypoglycemia that is a result of abuse.. i have seen this one work first hand..... i stopped my girlfriend mid drunk..... she just stopped drinking when i slipped her a sip to help her hiccoughs go away... she just decided she had had enough......she doesn't do that... milk..... that's one of my favorite subjects..... i have four ferments that use milk as food..... kefir...flat kefir... caspian sea yogurt... and viili..... all from different origins.... all different, wonderful and probiotic in their own right.... just like someone wouldn't go liquifying and drinking a cup of sugar and 5 tea bags worth of tea........ most smart people wouldn't sit down with a glass of milk, although it gives the feeling of ahhhhhHHHH when we drink it... we know it's not good for us................... now................ consider... what kombucha does to the sugar and tea.... makes it into over 40 components for the body post ferment and the only plant that makes it's own minerals.... you can't have all her goodies until you give her hers........ lacto ferments are similar to the kombucha ferment here..... they give you so many wonderful things when they are done with the milk... no matter how much you paid for it....... you'll want it available at all times...... so many different things can be made.... mix them for even more pleasure and benifit...... every meal for better health... bottom line is kombucha is full liver support...... reguardless of what you eat... not just a cleanse.... its a food.. to be injested every day.... thanks for letting me share beaN Tina Horn <tristansmother@...> wrote: Wow great reading!!!.... The family is going to stop eating pork.... possiably all meat in time.... no prossesed food... while organic is hard to come by here and we will have to buy most our fruit and veg from the store.... i think it will still be better for us than eating canned and frozen foods. No soda, and we hate milk anyway.... just filtered water.... my husband is a coffee fiend but is going to work on getting rid of that..... Will the Ktea help clean the liver with the other changes in diet? Thanks for taking your time for me....
