Thursday morning yoga

This morning I wanted a really light yoga workout since all that stress my body took from Drill Max last night, so I went with Austin Yoga Essentials. This is the only Austin workout I own and this one will always be a keeper. I like how she does the sun salutations in the beginning then goes into light postures and then the stretching on the floor. My body really NEEDS this stretching.

This rotation is really a tough one with using all the new workouts. I might have to modify a little bit with it and go by how I'm feeling.

I know Cardio Fusion is up and I've previewed and it looks really tough with all the sections from all the workouts, anyone tried this one yet?

Hi,

This morning I did Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa Level 2. This workout isn't as hard as Kest, but you know you done a yoga workout when you're done. In past workouts, Baron has annoyed me with saying "people" all the time, but the two workouts I have are really good and I think he says it like once lol

Like , he doesn't do the routine, he just walks around talking. I would love to see him and both actually follow along with the group, not sure why they don't.

It's raining here, dark and gloomy, but it's almost the weekend!!!

heh... i like how you said that michelle!

maybe someone spoke to baron about the 'people' thang, which is good!

i, too, think that it would be lovely to watch baron and bryan do

yoga!

at the least they should include a demonstration segment on their

dvds showing off what they can do.

I agree with you Dec came up awfully fast. I plan on doing a WHFN Kickbutt rotation this month, we'll see if I feel like doing the FitPrimes after that. Then I think I might do a gym style workout with heavier weights, but that will be in January or February. I've got to get more muscle on my frame. You will have a great rotation with Cathe's now workouts, I hear good things about them.

hi kerry - 'the real world' was a tv show on MTV. a girl that was

in that show is also in this yoga workout (which was put out by MTV).

This morning my rotation called for upper body. My biceps are still pretty sore along with my shoulders ,so it wasn't a good idea to do any upper body just yet. I think I need another day to rest that area. I was going to do legs, but my calves are still SUPER sore along with my hamstrings. I figured I'd just go with another day of yoga and let the body rest a little bit more. So I did Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa Level 2. This is an excellent routine. Nice flowing yoga and great stretching. He even throws in a little abs at the end.

I'm doing cardio this evening and hopefully tomorrow morning I'll be good to go with an upper body workout.
