I love Turbo Jam too (actually Turbo Kick, that's the gym version where I happened upon it around 6 years ago) and became so obsessed with it I wound up teaching Turbo Kick and working with Chalene! I wish I lived near her. She's in Laguna,CA, and I'm in Portland, Oregon (the state just north of Cali) That's great that you've lost some inches working out! Exercising helps my mental state too.
