Guest guest Posted August 27, 2005 Report Share Posted August 27, 2005 I have tried the warm pool/aquatics in the evening. Makes me fall asleep and I don't even complete an hour. It is better for me to go early morning in the winter, or early afternoon (like lunchtime) in the summer. Guest guest Posted August 28, 2005 Report Share Posted August 28, 2005 Gretchen, I would like to say something...I love to do my exercises in a warm pool.I found it is never warm enough for me. I think it is 28c here in UK..a bit too cold! Well, I can understand that for the swimmers it is better not so warm because would make you feel tired for sure...but if it was 30c would be better! In Brazil the pools are heated around 30 to 31c...confortable! I though people with CMT feel more the cold than others, I wonder if this is only happen to me????
