Guest guest
Hi Kerry, I got these ideas from several sources - about.com, Oprah and Bob Greene's boot camp etc... The Powerbelt videos I have are designed to go with my powerbelt. I bought the powerbelt from www.walkerswarehouse.com at the time Kathy was selling them, now Austin is. I actually have 4 powerbelt videos but first let me describe what the powerbelt is and does. It's a belt that you wear around your waist, it has two handles one for each hand that you hold...these handles are attached to lines that are attached to pulleys that provided resistance while you walk. You can use the powerbelt inside or outside and the resistance equals 1 to 2 lbs or 3 to 4 lbs...for an even better description see the website. Now about the videos... I have two videos that are to be used with a treadmill - Kathy 's is by far the hardest of the two! I do like Debbie Dee's because she does different exercises than Kathy and it's nice for a change. The other two videos I have are - Powerbelt boxing which is a cool boxing workout using the Powerbelt. The other workout is a low impact aerobic workout with the Powerbelt. I'm not sure if they still sell all four of them but I'm glad I got them at the time. Let me know if you have any more questions. Take care, Jen --- Kerry Kramer <kerrykramer@...> wrote: > Some of these I've tried, others I've never even > thought of, like 10 > minutes walking then weights. Guest guest
Interesting, Thanks for the link. I see that you can get an add on upgrade for the powerbelt. It is nice to have different videos to alternate so you don't get bored. Thanks for the information, Kerry Jen wrote: | Hi Kerry, I got these ideas from several sources - | about.com, Oprah and Bob Greene's boot camp etc... | | The Powerbelt videos I have are designed to go with | my powerbelt.
