Guest guest Posted September 19, 2006 Report Share Posted September 19, 2006 Today was another muscle endurance/cardio kind of day so I did Crunch Burn and Firm Pilates with Ellen Barrett. I really enjoy this workout and used 5 lb handweights throughout. Lots of squats, lunges and plies to work the legs and waist. A nice change of pace.
