Guest guest Posted April 30, 2006 Report Share Posted April 30, 2006 When I have been using hotmail a couple of times my screen comes up asking me to restart computer, it shows the following error message: DRIVER - IRQL-NOT-LESS-OR-EQUAL STOP: OX0000D1 (OXFF068000,OX000002, OX0000000000,OXFC9FEF2D) (think the number of 0s is right!!) It also comes up with: clean5wn.sys-Address FC9FEF2d base at FC9F8000 Can anyone help me and advise me what to do, I'm not very good at computers so basic instructions would be helpful.
