This morning I got up early and did Gym Style Chest and

Triceps and 2 of the sections of 10 minute solution kickboxing bootcamp. I did

the 1st one and arms and shoulders. It was fun and quick and I found

it a great add-on after weight work when I don’t have time to do a full

cardio workout (I like to do cardio after weight work, because it helps me not

be sore the next day, this isn’t really cardio but I think it will have

the same effect). I skipped yesterday because I was exhausted so hopefully

later today I will get to my cardio. On today’s actual schedule is full

range of motion squats and knee exercises and Lotte Berke Method: Basic

Essentials. After the morning walk I might get to the squats or knee work and

this evening I am going to try for cardio and the Basic Essentials. I’ve

been working on house cleaning instead of exercise in the evening. I want

a clean space to start the school year. And my bf is gone so it is easy to get

things done without him grumping.

I’m in Europe

so it is probably a 6 hour time difference. I got up at 6am and started working

out at 6:30 after the morning load of laundry and putting the dishes away from

last night. 5:30 is really early, but I think I need to start doing that. I

creaked this morning though because I am stiff in the morning.
