Guest guest Posted September 16, 2006 Report Posted September 16, 2006 wal-mart has this for $10. some from VF and collage forums say they are suprsied with this workout, that it was acutally good. its more abs and lower body focus using mostly the ball. at first i was think something along the liines of shirnk your females fat zones totally updated. i am waiting for netflix to get it in so i can bump it to the top of the quere. with all the talk about this and the newer jari's i am getting a little angry with them for not having them yet(i mean how long as slim and lean been out and the orginial ripped is a wait so it must be a popular item). also barnes and nobles are carrying the re-released of classic kathy smith's at reasonable prices(for those that don't shop online its really worth a look). i saw they have the re-released of Kathy's Step workout, Fat Burning Classics, and of course Cardio Knockout(grabbed the last one 2 weeks ago). they are carrying the denise's but for about $3 more then wal-mart(which forgot to mention also had the new firm ulitmate fat burning which some said was suprisenly good, doesn't use step just weights) kassiaFestival City Concrete <pvisser@...> wrote: who was it that was asking about denise austin? sorry that i forget!but i wanted to say that she has a new workout available... called 'core complete':*carolyn.
