Guest guest
Hi all, I currently am just teaching at the school and not seeing treating a private practice. I have a few patients who want to pay me to make house calls and still charge the insurance. I think I would just give them a copy of the superbill to send in themselves. Does anyone know if that will work? The treatment address would be their address and not the school location for the CMS 1500 correct? Thanks for any help on this. Feel free to reply directly to me. Vern Saboe DCACA Delegate (Oregon) [COCSA] Letter to Kaiser Permanente HQs Hello Everyone,After hearing about Kaiser Permanente’s decision to eliminate coverage for CMT in certain markets, our Insurance Relations department felt it was critical to weigh in from a state level. We obviously don’t want Kaiser’s decision to set a precedent that other insurers might mimic. Please feel free to use the attached letter if your state would like to respond as well. Perhaps if we bombard them with negative feedback, they’ll consider reversing the policy.Best,R.J. L. "R.J."
