Day 24 of 84~~BFL~~ 12/22/04

Good morning everyone!!! Hope everyone is waking up to a wonderful

Wednesday!!

Since I do not have to work today I will get the girls to school and

then head to the gym.... today is UBWO.... I got some new gloves so

I am hoping they will help... I am pumped and ready to go!!!

Snow is on its way.... a lot of school closings south of us... it is

supposed to hit us this afternoon/evening....

The girls did great last night.... My oldest (I didn't know this

until last minute) had a solo speaking part (it was the thank you

for to the secretary, custodian, principal and teachers for all

their help and wishing everyone a Merry Christmas).... she did

absolutely wonderful!!! Sure put a smile on this Mom's face....

My body is achy today which I think it is due to TOM.... Believe

me... it is not stopping me from working out!!!

Right now the temp is 20 and will drop all day long and by afternoon

it will be about 11 degrees and snow.... glad we don't have anything

to do tonight....

Today I will be picking new exercises for my next 4 weeks... I

usually switch every 4 weeks just to keep my body hopping!!! I will

be looking at a couple of different sites but if anyone has any

exercise suggestions let me know!! Always ready to try something

new... ;)

Does everyone get the BurnTheFat.com newsletter? I received this

month's issue on Monday and it is awesome... talks about motivation,

goal setting, and gives some great ideas.... I am going to print it

out and put it into my binder....

Today's food looks like this:

Calories: 1323

Fat: 72 51%

Carbs: 50 10%

Protein: 126 39%

I will be plugging the water today due to TOM being here... although

I have a harder time with water when TOM is here... weird but true!!

Hiya again all... got some irritating news and then some good

news....

Okay irritating news... I get to my gym today (remember it is owned

by the city) and there is a huge note up.... they will be closed

tomorrow, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.... so all in all that would

put me out of 3 days of working out (2 cardio/1 LBWO)... however....

on to the good news........ I got a free 2 week pass to the bigger,

nicer gym so I am starting the pass tomorrow.... I figured I could

do weight workout at home if those were the days I needed but with 2

days being cardio I couldn't... plus as my friend mentioned hard

telling what my gym will do over New Year's holiday so I might as

well use the pass..... wooooooooohoooooooo!!! I am a little nervous

about going to the " big " gym but I don't care.... I am there for me

and no one else...

BTW I did get a kick butt UBWO this morning... I can't believe I am

done with UB for the first 4 weeks... this time sure does fly... I

did an extra cardio session this morning... 30 minutes/2.12

miles/300.4 calories burned.... I did more of a steady speed but

played around with the inclines... Felt great.... I was climbing to

the top :hyst:

I have most of my next 4 weeks planned... still deciding on a

hamstring one but I think I have it figured out... do you all mind

if I post it later so you can tell me some suggestions, advice,

etc?! pretty please ;)

Okay I am off to the kitchen to eat and then shower and then DH and

I are going to the girls school to help with their Christmas

parties... he is doing Kindergarten duty and I will do 2nd grade

duty :)

Hey Juls...

Not only are we neighbors, but I have a kindergartener and a 2nd

grader too! Well, and a two year old and a 7 month old, but the

first two match!

Told my hubby about the fitness thing at the convention center and

we're definately going. Plus, the trainer you were talking about is

Gunner! He's the one that came up with that whole stability ball

workout series that's advertised on tv all the time, and he really is

a trainer to a bunch of big name stars! Too cool! Thanks for the

info!

How cool!!! Our two are girls, Paige and Cassie... They get along

pretty good most of the time but there are days were World War 75

has hit... being winter break I see more of those days on the

horizon... LOL... I am getting excited about going... not sure which

day we will go... most likely the Saturday... I have heard of

Gunner... how cool!!! Maybe we could meet up somewhere if you would

like?! Have a Merry Christmas!!!
