Guest guest Posted December 1, 2004 Report Share Posted December 1, 2004 I use it but my friend just told me not to, that it is actually really bad for you...I have noticed that I feel " crampy " when I have too much of it (more than 2T in a day). I don't want to eat it if it is actually doing harm to my body that I am trying to keep healthy. Any thoughts? thanks ps. - if you are still around - I also didn't notice anyone being mean to you. Sometimes email/internet communcation is misinterpreted VERY easily...I am sure no one would be mean to YOU...That other woman Sharon (I think her name was?) who was dissing BFL but not YOU...YOU are here, trying to make a positive difference in your life and I hope you stay around.
