Guest guest
Actually there is some strong evidence (at least I consider it strong) that endometriosis and other autoimmune diseases are provoked by the IGF-1 protein consumed through cow's milk and cow's milk products. When I take these people off of cow's milk, they stop progressing. I can't make a statment that they heal, but they certainly stop progressing and the acuteness of the problem downtreneds. The IGF-1 protein seems to provoke a large amount of pain with its activities .... take it away and at least the pain stops. Same for RA. see www.notmilk.com for referenced literature .... look behind the scolling bar for about 1000 well-referemced columns. And very often there are critters in the gut causing not only GI inflammation but systemic. Balancing cortisol as well as the other hormones is key. I do think estrogen is a player, but all the hormones play in concert.Getting food allergens out is key too.Endometriosis is not an easy one to treat. Vasquez has some great books out that discuss autoimmune tx as well. I basically treat it the same way I treat RA.Tyna , ND, DCClearwater Clinic1201 SW 12th Ave, Ste 205Portland, OR 97205503.279.0205www.clearh2o.org The New Busy think 9 to 5 is a cute idea.
