Wheat is included in many things.. You'd have to start reading the labels of processed foods you buy. ******Go " gluten free " for 30 days and find out if it is gluten....Gluten is not good for many of us with chronic illness. I had to give up gluten when I was first diagnosed with Lyme disease....made all the difference in the world...besides there is a ton of great tasting gluten free products, including deserts....
