This is how a rotation diet really works: it takes your body 4 days to clear the

toxins from the allergen (whatever that is.. wheat, eggs, soy, nitrates, MSG).

For instance, if you eat eggs everyday and you're allergic to them, it creates

an allergic reaction.. but you're eating it everday, so you body doesn't have a

chance to recover and this toxic state in your body masks itself as some other

chronic illnesse. Maybe its indigestion, maybe collitis or headaches.. If those

allergens are discovered and eliminated from your diet, it's amazing how much

better a person can feel.

My culprit is dairy: I can have one piece of cheezecake and be ok.. but if I

have another piece the next day, I come down with a sinus infection.

If I eat something with soy or nitrates, I get a headache.

Whatever you crave- that which you have to eat everyday is most likely the

culprit. If you can slowly wean yourself off of it, you might feel allot better.

Eventually, you can eat it on the 5th day.

If wheat is your cluprit, you'd have to stay away from all forms of wheat.

Wheat is included in many things.. You'd have to start reading the labels of

processed foods you buy.

I've heard about rotation diets but didn't know how they work. This

is the first explanation I have understood. So if you are sensitive

to a food, try to eat a small amount every fifth day. This way you

may become tolerant of it. That makes sense. Thanks!!!
