I also ordered what I believe to be a new book by him called " Desperate Medicine " Has anyone else read this and if so what are your comments on it. I am sure it is a good book, I am just curious. It tells of his beginning interest in pfisteria when numerous patients cam to him with the same symptoms. His interest expanded to other fungal infections, mold particularly. Dr. Shoemaker has gone on to find particular tests helpful in diagnosing and treating patients. Mold Warriors is filled with all good information including the tests he uses and why. I got the paperwork From Dr. Shoemakers office today and he wants you to read them both before coming in anyway, but yes the two of them look like very good books. I am really impressed thus far.
