What this means is that landlords must supply tenants with a sheet of paper

that says how to avoid mold causes that THEY are responsible for. (i.e.

ventilate moisture)

What it DOESN'T require (AND IT SHOULD!!!) is for landlords to TELL TENANTS

WHEN TOXIC MOLD IS FOUND IN THEIR BUILDINGS.. But it gives the false

impression that they are doing something..

Landlords should be required to make full disclosure when toxic mold is

found, and then, (Doh) clean it up, but as it stands now, I don't know of a

single place where they are. (Please let me know if it is illegal anywhere

to sicken people with mold..I really want to know.)

The legislature passed a similar bill in

California and it was signed into law by our gov.

in Jan of 2001 - but it has never been put into

effect despite being on the books.

Thanks Tazin, glad to see your back. these files related to blood,

kinases,lymph nodes, T-cells, B-cells really make my head hurt, but

for those who suffered systemic infections from pathagenic and toxin

produceing molds it gives a idea of what is going on inside the body.

with some of them the discusion at the end helps. I cant say that I

would have the first clue of understanding this stuff if I had not

lived threw it. one very important thing I've learned is that immune

compromized means anything from canser, aids, to a common cold or

even stress could lower your immune defences, including the mold

exposure itself. no dought that the first exposure itself makes you

immune compromized. this opens the doors for information, theres a

lot out there, its just not where you think it would be. sometimes I

dont even know how I found it, good thing I can save the links,lol's

my short term memory is a little out of
