Guest guest
In search of the perfect vitamin...help! Are expensive vitamins better than inexpensive vitamins? I'm interested in liquid vitamins but they are relatively new and I don't see any names that are familiar. I was using Sea Silver but got some bad vibes (I heard a rumor that some people were getting an Aloe " slime " occasionally) and they don't list the values of the vitamins, saying its a " whole food " supplement. I have used Miracle 2000 in the past and that one is affordable and has vitamin/mineral breakdown. How can I figure out if a company is reputable? How can you tell when vitamins are doing their job? Thanks everybody!! el
