You can accomplish great things with no supplements at all. The cheapest source of protein is egg whites. At a $1.59 a dozen, they are a pretty cheap source of excellent protein. Add some yummy veggies and you have a meal! It may bode you well to purchase a 5 gallon jug of protein powder - and that will last you a long time. A scoop of protein/water and a piece of fruit is a great mini-meal for a low budget. You can do it! The hard part is starting! You've taken the first step. Now, it's time to take the second and then the third.
