thank you for the help

now,can someone tell me what to do as far as the work out plan

is the book the work out plan that will help me to lose the body fat?

i need that help most of all

please help me to find this out

and that will last you a long time. A scoop of protein/water and a

piece of fruit is a great mini-meal for a low budget.

You can do it! The hard part is starting! You've taken the first

step. Now, it's time to take the second and then the third.

The best thing to do is to read the book cover to cover. It has everything you

need as far as food and exercise plan to begin the program. It will undoubtedly

answer most of your questions.
