Hmm...apparently not. I've got it posted to my website at:

http://maggiewang.com/bfl/WeightLossCalculator.xls

I'm in the process of adding a few more features, including a " Maximum

Free Day Calorie Target " that will still let you lose 0.5 or 1 pound

per week (according to the numbers).

The BFFM numbers for Regular fat loss are not very aggressive at all,

I've discovered. If you use those calorie figures and do ONLY the BFL

workouts and no extra cardio, you will only lose about a quarter pound

a week. The Accelerated calories are a better bet for most women.

Thanks Maggie.

My accellerated calories per day show 1498. However, I still stick

with 1350-1400!

Cool! Let us all know as soon as you add that feature...I need some

major help keeping my free day within limits....having a maximum

calorie count for that day would really help me!

Thanks.
