Guest guest
I like making banana walnut muffins: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1/4 banana, mashed 3.5 T ground oatmeal 1/4 t. cinnamon 1/4 t. baking soda 1 T. chopped walnuts 1-2 packets of Splenda 1/3 c. water Mix everything together in a glass container that's at least 2 cups in capacity. Microwave in the container (uncovered) for 2 minutes. Instant (large) BFL-balanced muffin for around 220 calories. Guest guest
, Check the group's Files area; there are plenty of recipe files in there. I'm sure there will be something there that you can make with what you have on hand! /files/ Maggie On Mon, 11 Oct 2004 22:59:01 -0000, <melanieervin@...> wrote: > > That sounds awsome, but I dont have any banannas or plain oatmeal
Guest guest
I found the following recipe at http://www.mrsbishwitskitchen.com/forums/default.asp (where I am finding nearly ALL my recipes..) It was 1 c unsweetened natural applesauce 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (i currently have Mega Whey Protein from GNC) and a little cinnamon (not sure of the caloric intake--this is what they had posted: 1 serving protein - 21g fat - 1g carbs - 14.5g calories - 107.5 so to add a few carbs I had a couple frozen grapes to go with it..... (does that sound like a well rounded " BFL meal/snack?) It sure was good so I hope so! > > > > > > What is a good snack (SWEET) I can have?
