Guest guest
Still thinking of moving to Truth or Consequences, NM- called the dept of health- they have no vally fever in the county- and she does not remember hearing of it in the state- has not heard anyone complaining about indoor mold- except at the dept of health! they have never fixed the roof- and even with very limited rainfall- it has been enough to grow mold in the walls and people are sick! I tried to tell her how dangerouse it is, she proffessed to know all about it- but I am not sure- may give them another call- very low housing costs there- anyone up for moving- lots of RV parks also- we could have a moldy RV camp! Thanks, Thanks,
Guest guest
karen, i am in santa fe, new mexico right now and several weeks ago there was an article in the new mexican about a guy who successfully sued his expensive condo community for mold. he has mold in his condo and he was incredibly sick until he moved out...you might want to check out the article. otherwise, the humidity here is very low, usually around 10% or less, so there isn't such a problem but you probably still want to do a thorough check before moving into anyplace. Guest guest
That sounds cool . I plan to join the ranks when I am able to do so. I have actually always wanted to do that but clearly now I have an added incentive. Guest guest
I think that is an attractive destination . I will be looking at NM also. I was never going to stay in the midwest but I was going to move for other reasons before, now I have a new one, better environment than the Ohio River valley. > > Still thinking of moving to Truth or Consequences, NM- called the
