******I have been doing Castor Oil packs for almost 30 years......They are

great for your livers.....I put a few drops of lavender essential oil (Young

Living brand) in my oil.

They are great for detox also.....you can use them for bad chest colds,

etc., sprains, broken bones and much more. However, I have not taken it

internally.

-thanks for your comment on this lymeangel, I never knew castor oil

was used other than drinking, yuk, no way, but may try it for my

liver. I had almost constant pain in my liver the last few years of

exposure and now with mcs

attacks.
