Guest guest
Hi - I want to attempt to make up a few recipes, according to my tastebuds! The thing I long for most is a savoury muffin. (Does anyone have any good recipes?). Anyway, what balance of proteins/carbs and fats should I be aiming at per meal - I think I read that each meal should be about 20g protein and 20g carbs, is that right? And how much fat is allowed? (Obviously the less the better, but if I want to make, say, a cheese muffin, I need to know an average fat value I am allowed per meal). Many thanks! PS - am also PMS and am REALLY fighting off the munchies. Funny how long a day can feel when you want to snack constantly and are holding back!!! :-)
Guest guest
BFL is based on 40/40/20. I think most people (unless you're small) go for 25/25 for carbs/protein. zo > > Hi - I want to attempt to make up a few recipes, according to my > tastebuds! Guest guest
just to clarify, BFL is based on 40%/40%/20% calories from carb/fat/protein, and most people do 25g/25g carb/protein (which would be 100 calories each, because each gram of carb or protein is 4 calories). > > > > > > Hi - I want to attempt to make up a few recipes, according to my > > > tastebuds!
