Guest guest
Another good day! You are going awesome! I need your energy! These cramps are kicking my arse this month! I did do a killer Upper Body on Sunday, a great cardio yesterday morning, but I did push lower off until tonight. I couldnt move this morning. I thought it best to push off until I had more energy to get more out of the workout. Have a great week!! and AB-Bootcamp will be knocking on your door soon!!! > > Great day today. Ruth, Great job!! I'm an ab slacker too. They don't take long...I just get lazy. I have to be careful with my neck not to overdo it, but like you I think if I did them more, I would feel much better! Guest guest
Oh, , you are where I was last week. LOL. I say on weeks like this do your best and look forward to your energy to come back. To be honest if you can force yourself to go and work out...even if it's just a bit of cardio, I will guarantee you that your cramps will feel better and so will your energy. But that's if you have the energy to get in the car to get to the gym first, LOL. That's what happened to me last week and it makes a huge difference! Good luck and thanks, as always, for the kind words. -Ruth > > > > Great day today. I did my upper body and my goal this week is to > > really kick arse on my abs. Guest guest
I went to the gym last night and KICKED BUTT! I did leg extensions and really, really pushed the weight. I did 145 lbs for my 6 reps! I am so excited. I had been hovering around 105 for my 6 reps... and I said screw it, I'm going to push it.. and I did.. and I did 105 for my 12 rep at the end! YAY! My hubby said last night, honey - your bum is smaller and your thighs are smaller. YAY! > > > > > > Great day today. I did my upper body and my goal this week is to > > > really kick arse on my abs.
