Guest guest
How does lemon help the liver??? I buy spring water. I wonder if it should be boiled since I my immune system is having such problems. When I boil it I get all the 'gunk' in the water, like sediment falling out of it. I guess that is lime. I wonder if it is all lime and I wonder if drinking that lime in water is what causes kidney stones. Someone said boiling water isn't " natural " and it should be drunk as it is but I wonder about that sediment. Have you ever boiled water is a glass vessel? You really see it then. Before boiling the water, the spring water looks crystal clear, but after boiling it, it looks like I just dipped the vessel into a lake or something. --- In , Your Friend <yor1friend2@...> wrote: > > When I feel an overload on my liver, I drink 1/2 lemon with large glass of warm water throughout the day. It's important to be drinking allot of spring water throughout the day. Distilled water is good for the short term. > >
