Yes, I have been doing epsom salt baths for the last few years since

my exposure to the toxic mold. It makes a tremendous difference. The

skin and liver are your biggest detoxifying organs. So if the liver

is sluggish, it makes sence to force the toxins out of the skin,

rather than the liver.

I had a coffee enema once, but got much better results having

a " colonic irrigation " by a professional. I once cured a nasty sinus

infection with one colonic irrigation session! Amazing! I made a

doctor appointment because I had a terrible sinus infection with

fever, but that day I had a colonic. The next day I went to see my

doctor, but the sinus infection was gone!

I strongly suggest colonic irrigation to detox. There should never be

a reason for coloscopy, constipation, etc. It's the fastest way to

detox. It's amazing how much better you feel after the appointment.

This is worth looking into if you feel very ill and your liver is

sluggish.

When I was mercury poisoned I did have a colonic once where I was so impacted I

could not relieve myself even with the aid of the colonic. The practitioner

took me off after 25 minutes as she feared a rupture if she continued. It did

feel great when they worked though... but in cases of severe poisoning like I

had it could be dangerous.
