Myoplex Lite Powder Packets

They don't go bad as in spoiling, but the nutrients might be a little

less potent. Myoplex does have a pretty long shelf-life though. The

expiration dates on new boxes are about 2 years out. They're probably

ok.

ugh, never been a myoplex fan, so I would have to hold my nose and

choke it down expired or not. :)

- I've had some really old ones around before that I forgot were in a

closet. They seemed fine to me.
