Guest guest
Ruth - I just wanted to thank you for your daily accountabilities. This one in particular really made me want to be where you are - watching the scale go down and feeling positive about your accomplishments. Thanks again, and keep 'em coming. I may even start dong it myself! in WI Ruth's Accountability 10-23-04 Pretty simple day. #1-Cottage Cheese thingy #2-Myoplex Carb Sense RTD Shake #3-Turkey Slices and an Apple #4-Salad with Chicken and Tomatoes #5-Eggs and turkey slices #6-Cottage Cheese Thingy The most joyous thing was weighing myself this morning and finding that I have lost 8.5 pounds since the 4th. I didn't measure myself because I'm doing that every 4 weeks and I'm only at week 3. I know that my weight loss won't always be this speedy, so I'm enjoying it for now! I'm eating a TON too, not feeling hungry OR deprived. I have been allowing myself a few low calorie days, but I go up to 2500-2800 calories on my free day and I go back and forth in between 1100-1800 during the rest of the 6 days, so clearly, I think I'm keeping my body guessing. Between my higher calorie days and my free days, I don't think I'm in danger of my body going into starvation mode! I am FAR from starving! LOL! I hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!!
