Guest guest
WOBENZYME Some consider Wobenzyme to be the Rolls Royce of digestive enzymes. Wobenzyme has been available in Germany for more than 25 years & has a long history of success. It is commonly recommended by German physicians. Wobenzyme is a patented multi-enzyme product with a proprietary blend of proteolytic (protein digesting) enzymes. The manufacturer spent millions of dollars researching & developing this product, including studies in pharmacodynamics, toxicology, pharmacokinetics & teratogenicity of each ingredient as well as the combination of ingredients. All the ingredients are pure, natural & protected during the entire processing. The enteric coating is extremely precise so that the tablet will move through your stomach & into your lower intestines before the active enzymes are released into your system. There are five layers of coating in a process that seals, but does not destroy enzyme activity. The process is very expensive, but the cost is competitive compared to other of the higher quality enzyme mixtures. Approved for use in the U.S. as a digestive aid only. Contains Pancreatin which is extracted on the spot & quickly nitrogen sealed so there is no oxidation or loss of vitality. No other pancreatin receives such care. Pancreatin is a combination of proteolytic enzymes, chiefly amylase, trypsin, chymotrypsin, lipase, elastase & peptidase activities which collectively have the same action as do the enzymes of your pancreatic juices in digesting carbohydrates, proteins, & fats. Papain is derived from the green papaya fruit & exhibits similar actions as bromelain. Bromelain 2400 Trypsin which aids protein/amino acid absorption & metabolism. Lipase Amylase- which converts starch to sugar. Chymotrypsin - which is specific to certain functions in amino acid digestion & metabolism. Rutin which is one of the bioflavonoid family known to strengthen the smallest blood vessels & help prevent hemorrhage from high blood pressure. The ingredients in Wobenzyme have separately in studies been found to: Relieve symptoms of gastrointestinal distress such as fullness, bloating, pain & cramping which occurs after eating. When given to those with sprained ankles, there was less swelling, less pain, more mobility of the ankle joint & a quicker return to normal functioning. When given preceding & following the surgical treatment of fractures, there was significant reduction in post-op swelling, pain & hospital stay. When taken with meals, reduce the symptoms of food sensitivity & aid digestion. When taken over a period of months, may decrease general overall tendency to food sensitivity response. Be useful with pancreatic insufficiency & malabsorption syndrome. DIRECTIONS: For injury or surgery: Start as soon as possible after injury occurs. 2-8 tabs 3-5 times daily depending upon severity of the injury, on an empty stomach with water or juice. Continue for 1 week or until symptoms are resolved. For maldigestion: 1-6 tablets with meals as needed to relieve symptoms.
