Hi ,

Too weird.. you and I are same height, weight and my bodyfat is at

39.5% It would be fun to have someone to lose pound per pound with.

I would be happy to be your buddy or one of your buddies.

I know I stay on track more when I am talking BFL in addition to

doing it.

I'd be interested. I'm 5' 6 " , 224 lbs and 28.4% body fat.

I'm following the eDiets Eating for Life plan and doing the Body for

Life workouts. I know what you're talking about, I do so much better

if I have someone to challenge with. I'd love to hear from you!
