Guest guest
It's weird... It has the consistency of stuffing almost. It's yummy, but needs salt to bring out the flavors... and it does smell odd - but trust me it tastes good. > > > > Hi All, > > > > I just had to post this - we tried Bulgar Wheat Pilaf last night. > > We're trying to avoid rice/bread/pasta. Guest guest
Try making it as tabbouli. Tabbouli is delicious. Includes the bulgar, tomatos, green onions, cucumbers, garlic and lemon juice. It has no fat but you can add a little feta and kalamata olives if you want. > > > > > > Hi All, > > > > > > I just had to post this - we tried Bulgar Wheat Pilaf last > night. > > > We're trying to avoid rice/bread/pasta. Guest guest
Actually, I love Tabooleh (sp) but have never made it myself. I am going to do that! We usually buy it, and then add extra tomatos! Thanks! > > > > > > > > Hi All, > > > > > > > > I just had to post this - we tried Bulgar Wheat Pilaf last > > night. > > > > We're trying to avoid rice/bread/pasta.
