Guest guest
> >> I seriously wake up looking forward to sitting down with my cottage cheese thingy. I won't even start eating it until the cats and dogs are fed, litterpans cleaned, and the dogs have gone outside a couple of times. I look forward to eating it uninterrupted. Ok fess up...how did you train them to leave you uninterrupted?? I have 8 eyeballs staring at me and 3 of the 4 dogs drooling whenever I eat! Back to the topic, I agree completely. I've found that finding foods that I really enjoy and crave have helped me stay on track tremendously!!! Colleen
Guest guest
I laughed out loud at this post! I have two dogs and they have grown to LOVE brocolli!!! Seriously, we put the bowl on the table and they are like - woohoo - time for treats!! My Pug is on the Doggy for Life version of BFL. She's on a Diet. She was way overweight - very unhealthy - for her - or any dog. So, in June, my husband and I got scolded at the Vet - rightfully so! We restricted her food intake and she has lost 6 lbs since June! She has about 9 more to go!! (She was huge!!). anywho, I love doggies and cant resist to responding about pups! > > > >> I seriously wake up looking forward to sitting down with my > cottage cheese thingy. Guest guest
I had a solitary dinner of scrambled eggwhites/1 whole egg and a side of lima beans. I read the newspaper and it was near nirvana. Stasia
