Guest guest
Hi n, Congrats on your pregnancy. I tried to do BFL while PG. My workouts were good, but I had such a hard time doing the eating b/c, like you, I had aversions to a lot of food. Have you tried some of the veggie " meats " -- they are really good. There's always fish (in limited amounts) and cottage cheese. And a good protein powder can be used too (but no other supplements). HTH -- feel free to email me if you want. Guest guest
The BodyForLife Mommies site has an entire discussion board for BFL'ing while pregnant. Check it out, they have had great success. msn.groups.com/bodyforlifemommies stephanie > > I have done BFL several times and have stuck with it pretty well for > long periods of time but almost inevitably end up falling off the > wagon.
