Guest guest
Hi my name is . I am only 19 years old, but I am wanting to get involved in the BFL Program. I am planning on starting this Sunday. Anyhow, I am up for any motivation that I can get and any tips that I can get. I am moving to Oklahoma next year to start my pursuit for a Bachelor's Degree in Science and Nursing and I would love to move to a new town and for there to be a new me. Plus, I don't see the point in an obese nurse...My goal is to lose about 60 lbs, numbers aren't a huge deal to me though. I would, in the end, like to be a size 8, right now I am a size 18 and around 220 lbs. I find this board so encouraging and I look forward to reading the posts everyday. Thanks in advance for all the encouragement and support!!

Guest guest
Hi Belinda, Thanks so much for the encouragement. I really can't wait to begin, I am planning on starting on Sunday the 17th. Although I really don't eat bad at all at the present, I sort of live a sedetary lifestyle. I work from 6:00AM to about 5:00PM and fit a few hours of school in there too, so when I get home I tell myself that I'm too tired...which isn't the case. So with me, my main goal is to really stick to the workout program...to a T. I am mainly vegetarian so I eat quite of bit of vegetables and fruit. Anyway...thats just a little more background on me, and congratulations on your decision to start BFL I know we'll do awesome and I can't wait to hear more about the results that you will see!!! Guest guest
Hi , i know exactly what you feel like ! i sit 9 hours on my butt at work, talking to people about Computerproblems all day. My body did not do anything but my mind is so tired at night that i can not get myself to do anything. That is one of the reasons why i work out in the morning too ( besides achiving best results, no time...)i wake up and do a nice stretch while i still lay in bed . I think " this ( the workout ) is your first task of the day and i am going to make the best task of the hole day " i did some changing arround in my live to be able to change myself ( not just physical ) to get out of the " coach potatoe " thing. One of the best Things i did ( besides quit smoking) is to get rid of the TV ( at leased for a while) i swear there is a human magnet in there...once you get into it´s radius you can not get away anymore !!!! And suddenly i have time to concentrate on me, on my world ,on my dreams and on my goals and my biggest is to be healthy and fit as can be. As far as the results go ( after 4 days ) i might hurt, but my selfesteem is so much better, my skin feels tighter, and i even think that my belly is starting to shrink.Allthough it is far away from being flat :-)LOL i am not a vegetarian, but i have to have fresh vegetables and fruits, and i enjoy eating them more then any sweets. i am not going to eat any pasta for the 12 weeks, because i know that is the food that could throw me off the waggon.Once i start eating them , i can not stop. Thanks for telling us about you and keep us informed about your progress !! And thanks for your encouragement :-) Belinda > > > > Hi , > > i started on Monday. i know you will do a good job.....with > > everything that you are planing to do. > > i know we made the right desicion by starting BFL. > > There is a saying : a running car is better to stirr. > > and this is so true! even i just do it since a few days, i feel so > > much better about myself.Once you start going you suddenly know > where > > to go....and you have the energy to do it ! > > i wish you a good start !! > > > > Belinda > > > >
