Guest guest
I usually make 3 or 4 breasts at one time, then save the rest for salads in the next few days for me and hubby. So keep in mind the ingredients are split between 3 or 4 breasts... I take 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs, 2 Tablespoons of cornflake crumbs, 2 packets of splenda, seasoned salt, ginger, sage, garlic and sesame seeds and spread them on a plate, then I take another plate and put 2 egg whites and some soy sauce or other marinate and mix it in with the egg whites. Then I dip each breast in the egg white mixture then the dip them in the crumby mixture, then I fry each breast in a cast iron skillet using Pam (fat, carb, calorie free). I usually end up with lots of crumby mixture and egg white mixture left over, so I think it's BFL okay. There's such a small amount of the bread crumbs/cornflake crumbs spread across 3 breasts, so it's really a tiny amount of starchy carbs. I figured it's about 250 calories, 14 carbs, and about 30 grams of protein per breast and I rounded up when figuring all the ingredients. I tend to serve this with broccoli and a salad. I don't eat this more than once a week because of the bread crumbs, but I think it's totally fine, because of the small amount, and it's a good alternative to fried chicken. Enjoy! -Ruth > > What do u put on your yummy crumbly chicken? > > > > > > #1-Cottage Cheese Deliciousness > > #2-Myopro Shake with 1/2 a banana and 5 strawberries > > #3-Smart One's Creamy Parmesan > > #4-Cottage Cheese Wonder > > #5-My " Yummy Crumby " chicken > > #6-Turkey Slices and an apple
